Great location, decent room in terms of size and visibility

No cleaning during the stay was really disappointing, also asked for something in the room to be fixed and they never showed up. there arent enough furniture's in the room like no space to put anything in the bathroom

Great no frills hotel in suberb location

Simple, no frills hotel, yet everything you need! Very comfy beds, tea and coffee facilities in room. No keys or key card to lose as access is via keypad code. Free WiFi. Great location just off Tottenham Court Road, close to Soho, Oxford Street and 10/15 minute walk from Trafalgar Square. 2 minute walk from British Museum. The staff are very friendly and treat guests as real people, not just a number like in other more well known hotel chains. Close to a number of tube stations and a few of the theatres.

There were glasses instead of mugs in the rooms. However with the very recent change in ownership, this may well be addressed in the coming weeks. No fridge in room, but these will be installed shortly too.

Excellent choice for a short stay which is central and handy flechte way into Heathrow with the Elizabeth line

Spacious room, room temperature easy to regulate. Day light bathroom which made a real change. European plugs/adapters in room was a bonus

Very comfortable bed, clean room, great location, discount at neighbouring Gail’s Bakery

Accidentally exited via stairs and was locked out of building. Had to descend all floors to catch lift back up to collect something from room.

Worth a stay for the location alone.

The location cannot be beat. The hotel’s aesthetic remains charming.

I stayed here last year when it was the Bedford Corner Hotel and booked this stay under the same name. The changes to Numa were quite a loss for this charming little gem of a hotel. For what I paid, I expected at least the same level of charm. However, I felt like a paid a lot more for a lot less.

Very Nice Hotel in the Heart of London

Perfect location at the heart of London and close to Regent Park. Good value for money while the room was pretty small.

They changed cleaning policy and did not clean our room for 5 nights. They removed little attentions such as cookies and newspaper in the entrance.

Great location!

The location is great, we walked around the city to many places without using public transportation. There are many supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities in the surrounding area. The employees were very kind and helpful.

Since room cleaning is done every three days, it is necessary to notify the reception to request a towel change or any supplies that have run out in the room.

Clean. Comfortable beds. Renovated. Next door to a good cafe & bakery. Next to a good pub. Near two underground stations.

The location was very good and the staff at the reception was very helpful and nice.

Since we stayed for 6 nights it would be nice if the room was cleaned during our stay and also if the towels were changed.

The location is awesome.

The location was amazing! The check in process was easy and someone was always working at the desk! The evening hotel manager was delightful and so helpful! The aircon and bed were perfect and the tall ceilings were so nice after travelling through Europe!

The shower was so hard! Flooded every day and when towels aren’t changed, it made it very hard. Also there are no shelves in the bathroom at all. I also think when you’re staying for a week, you should get your room cleaned - considering how much we pay!
